How do I know if my order went through?
You will receive an order confirmation at the email address you entered at checkout. Every order is reviewed manually, and can take some time. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours after submitting your order, there may be an issue with your transaction. Contact us, and we will sort it out!
How can I track my order?
If you chose premium shipping at checkout, you will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. In the standard shipping, tracking is not always available, depending on where you live. If tracking is available, you will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, please call us email frz.art.project@gmail.com. However, we can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order.
