Can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days. You pay the freight when you send your return to us. Please contact frz.art.project@gmail.com for more information.

What should I do if my order is damaged?

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we want to make it right as soon as possible. Please email the following information to: frz.art.project@gmail.com

- Email address that you used when placing the order 
- Order number 
- Customer name 
- Product number 
- Photo of damaged or incorrect item.
